1st time ...

THEY SAY, there's a FIRST TIME for everything ... and after my last trip, I cannot but agree!

1st time - for me in Britain & Ireland (and looking forward to the 2nd time :-D)

1st time - to sleep in a hostel

1st time - to surf a couch

1st time - to eat apple pie with custard :-)

1st time - to drink a Guinness

1st time - to do a lighter kind of back-packing (and hopefully the last time)

1st time - to experience the famous english humour live ;)

1st time - to experience the famous english weather :(

1st time - to take over 1000 pictures is such a short period of time

1st time - to spend the night in a massage chair in the airport

1st time - to fall asleep almost everywhere

1st time - I bought a "Dirndl" (Oktoberfest here we come!!! :-))

1st time - I was awake for about 40 hours

and therefore the 1st time I was really afraid to look in the mirror without wearing sunglasses

1st time - I really thought about maybe leaving Vienna someday

1st time - I actually realized that one can survive with only a few things (but now that I'm aware of this fact, I don't want to experience it again) :)

well ... and 1st time I write on my blog this year!!!
